1. Service Agreement

By engaging Resourceful Weddings for wedding planning services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services include wedding planning consultation, vendor coordination, timeline management, and day-of coordination as specified in your service agreement.

2. Payment Terms

Payment schedules are outlined in individual service contracts. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure services. Final payment is due 30 days before the wedding date. Late payments may result in service suspension.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 90 days before the wedding date: 50% refund of payments made. Cancellations made 30-90 days before: 25% refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days before: No refund. Deposits are non-refundable in all cases.

4. Liability Limitations

Resourceful Weddings maintains comprehensive liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for services. We are not responsible for vendor performance, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Intellectual Property

All planning materials, timelines, and vendor recommendations remain the intellectual property of Resourceful Weddings. Clients may not reproduce or distribute our proprietary planning materials.

6. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or public health emergencies.
